Grappie is an initiative by OneDayCoder, built to help candidates practice interviews with sharper feedback, realistic prompts, and a cleaner preparation workflow.

OneDayCoder focuses on practical tools, learning systems, and career products that help people improve faster through deliberate practice and useful feedback.

Grappie is designed as a browser-first experience. Resume parsing, session setup, and much of the interaction happen directly in the browser, while account, history, credits, and payment systems are managed securely through supported backend services.

Grappie, an initiative by OneDayCoder, collects limited account and product usage data required to provide login, interview history, payments, credits, and support.

What we collect

We may collect your email address, authentication identifiers, interview configuration data, saved reports, credit balance, payment references, and support messages you send us.

Resume and interview content

Your resume text and interview content may be processed to generate questions and feedback. Some processing happens in your browser. When AI responses are requested, relevant content may be sent to the model provider you choose or the service flow configured for the product.

Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store full card details on our servers. We may store payment IDs, order IDs, pack details, and status for accounting, support, fraud prevention, and credit delivery.

How we use data

We use data to authenticate users, provide interview sessions, maintain credit balances, display past interviews, improve product reliability, and respond to support requests.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers required to operate the product, such as Supabase for authentication and storage, Razorpay for payments, Vercel for hosting, and AI infrastructure used for interview generation and reports.

Data retention

We retain account, payment, and interview history data for as long as your account remains active or as needed for compliance, fraud prevention, and support. You may contact us for deletion requests, subject to legal and accounting obligations.

Service use

Grappie is intended for interview practice and educational preparation. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities performed through your account.

Credits

Interview access may require credits. Credit packs, pricing, and promotional credits may change over time. Credits are non-transferable and may only be used within your own account.

Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

AI outputs

Interview questions, scores, and feedback are generated assistance tools and may be imperfect. You remain responsible for how you interpret and use them.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneDayCoder is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product.

Grappie sells digital interview credits. Because credits are delivered digitally and can be consumed immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been successfully added to your account.

Eligible refund scenarios

A refund may be considered if you were charged successfully but credits were not added, if a duplicate payment occurred, or if there was a verified technical failure on our side.

Not usually eligible

Refunds are generally not provided for partially used credits, change of mind, or dissatisfaction after successful digital delivery where the service was accessible.

How to request

Email support@onedaycoder.in with your Razorpay payment ID, order ID, account email, and issue details. Valid requests are typically reviewed within 5 to 7 business days.

Grappie delivers digital credits only. No physical goods are shipped.

After a successful payment verification, purchased credits are usually added to your account automatically within a few moments. In some cases, webhook delays or payment review delays may slightly extend delivery time.

If credits do not appear after payment, contact support@onedaycoder.in with your payment details.
